A local agency made us a very special request: a multinational pharmaceutical company wanted to organize a corporate social responsibility (CSR) experience with 120 employees, with the aim of raising funds for a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with heart condition.
CSR & Teambuilding: Better together
Based on the concept “Better together”, the company wanted to enhance communication and collaboration within work team, generate competitive spirit, encourage team cohesion and ignite passion and sense of purpose among the participants: a real challenge!
Indoor cycling & walking through Barcelona’s highlights
In this instance we organized two activities in which the participants had to “move their heart”: an indoor cycling session energized by one of our instructors, and a walking tour through Barcelona’s highlights accompanied by our team of expert local guides. All the participants had to do their best to collect as many kilometers and steps as possible.
The event ended with a speech by the representative of the non-profit organization, who expressed her words of gratitude to all the company for the effort made and handed to the winner teams a symbolic prize. Teams realized that only a shared effort allows the goal to be achieved!
