An international pharmaceutical company asked our collaboration in the organization of their complementary program for their world financial convention, held in Barcelona for 2 days.
The aim of the activities was to promote team work and communication, and have fun while discovering the local traditions.
Become Gaudí for a day!
For the first day of convention, we organized a fun mosaic workshop in the Town Hall of the Poble Espanyol of Barcelona, a venue built for the 1929 International Exhibition, that was created from the desire to concentrate the soul of Spain in a single space.
Participants learnt about the history of the mosaic art, becoming familiarized with the various tools, cutting techniques and methods of applying tesserae while becoming acquainted with different materials (ceramics, glass mosaic, stained glass, etc.).
Catalan gastronomic experience
For the second day of convention, we organized our “Barcelona Gourmet Tapas Experience” a guided walking tour in the Old Town, combined with delicious tapas stops!
Divided into small groups, participants visited the most genuine and authentic bars and taverns in the emblematic neighborhoods of La Barceloneta, El Born and the Gothic Quarter.
Sweet Tapas & Flamenco show in a Medieval Palace
After the gastronomic experience, guests enjoyed a flamenco show and a typical Catalan dessert in a very special venue, a Baroque palace of the seventeenth century with evidence of a lush gothic past that offers an evocative and magical setting in which to enjoy the best music.
